Loves

Note: I published this last week, except when I changed the publish date, I accidentally put 2/18/09 instead of 2/18/10. Oops! :)

* I love that I can say, "Do you want to help me with laundry, Clare?" And she responds, "Sure" and immediately starts going room to room with a laundry basket picking up dirty clothes.

* I love how Bernadette folds washclothes with an air of perfection that she certainly doesn't get from me.

* I love how when we sing Skin-a-ma-rinky-dink at night, Clare sings, "I love Jesus!"

* I love that Bernadette hasn't complained yet about our family sacrifice of no TV during Lent. She understands that her favorite things to watch will still be on after Easter, so she can wait.

* I love that Clare is sleeping in a toddler bed now. She loves it. I think she loves it because she can get out of bed whenever she wants, and if she's sneaky about it, can spend the night sleeping on the floor. :)

* I love that Bernadette is willing to share a bed with Clare IF we get them bunk beds. I showed her a picture of one that is a double on bottom, twin on top and she didn't threaten to push Clare out of bed. Also, I love that she wants my husband to make the beds and she wants me to make quilts for the beds.
