That's my Girl!

At the end of Bernadette's gymnastics class last night, the instructors stamped all the kids. Bernadette was last in line behind the other 5 girls in her group. All the other girls had lifted their shirts and gotten their stamps on their tummies. I was curious if Bernadette would follow along or if her innate sense of modesty would kick in. Sure enough, she got her stamp on the bottom of her foot. That's my girl! :)

    Seriously! They were lifting up their shirts? Umm, is it like a stamp you get at the zoo? What happened to holding out your hand? Sheesh! I can't say the modesty issue is any easier with boys though. Good job Bernadette!

    Holy cow! You've managed to instill modesty in a young child; I'm impressed! My boys always fall back on pull-the-shirt-up if they can't think of what to say. That's testosterone for you!

    curious...where do you go to gymnastics? i would love to get clare in some kind of dance or gymnastics, so i'm looking into options.
