This is why our girls sleep with so many stuffed friends.

At 2 1/2, Bernadette brought back "Quack Quack" the duck. He fits just right under her arm.This is why having girls is so much fun.
Only a 2 year old can rock a side pony with this much style. She is on a streak of only wanting "Deb hair." (Napoleon Dynamite reference) She's getting ready in style with her beaded jewelry and chap stick.
Aerial view of Clare with pigtails. Bernadette wanted her to have "Deb hair" too, but her hair wasn't long enough. We decided that pigtails were just as cute.
This is why I don't sew much. My mom offered to make the girls' Easter dresses. We went shopping with her and picked out the following:
Clare's dress will be the blue one, Bernadette's will be the pink one and both girls will have the yellow underneath. They also have a girl cousin who will have the same yellow with a green polka dot fabric over the top.
Those pictures are adorable! I miss pigtails! The picture of Clare with her stuffed animals made me laugh out loud. How cute! My kids always had to have their blankies but hadn't slept with stuffed animals until the last year or so. Madeleine was given at teddy bear to hug when she got her Pre-K immunizations and Morgan received a stuffed horse the following month (this was about 1 1/2 years ago). Now they collect stuffed animals. Maddie says, before she can get in bed, "I have to get my pets." It's so sweet.
