The other night, Bernadette was looking through her rosary book during prayers. When we were finishing up, I asked her to say a spontaneous prayer. "Dear God, please let the bad guys NOT hurt my Jesus, or my God. Amen."
She has a fascination with the pictures of the sorrowful mysteries. She has such a big heart. With Lent approaching, it will be interesting to see how much she picks up and understands from Mass and Stations of the Cross.
