This year’s first snow storm gave my girls cabin fever. Apartment living, 4 month old baby, and a husband working lots of extra hours had me worried about how to let them get their snow time. I decided to let them have their fun on our deck where there is plenty of snow and I can keep my eye on them while Felicity and I stay snug and cozy.

Great Pics. That third one of Clare Kati...her face reminded me so much of Elijah. Is it just me? We'll have to take a pic of just the two of them this weekend.

ReplyDeleteLooks like fun! I still remember when Rebecca was too little to go out but we had snow that Andrew was just ACHING to play in. We kept our litte plastic swimming pool in the garage at the time, so I just brought it in the kitchen, threw in a couple bowls of snow, and Voila! fun time.
ReplyDeleteGood way to celebrate a snow day! When it's too cold to really go out, I often let the kids play on our deck where I can see them. They'll put in their 15 minutes and then come inside ... snow and all ... wanting hot cocoa and the fire. ;)
