Pretzels with almond bark

 

This is a simple Christmas treat that almost anyone does in some form or another.  These are the kind I did as a kid. 

1 one pound bag tiny twisted pretzels

3 packages almond bark

4 bags M&Ms

Sprinkles

This ratio of pretzels/bark/m&ms came out almost perfect and made this many:

Directions: 

Melt almond bark in microwave 1 minute at a time, stirring in between.  Meanwhile, have kiddos or husband lay out pretzels on wax paper. 

Spoon bark onto pretzels.  Add M&M before it hardens.  (Bernadette was a super big helper with the M&Ms this year – and she didn’t even eat any!) 

We sprinkled the tops with red sugar sprinkles (Only an okay job for a 3 year old :) ) .  We would have used green, too if we had some.

We put the pretzels in two different containers.  One for eating up stairs and one in the freezer downstairs to have at Christmas time!
