My husband’s favorite Christmas treat is Peanut Clusters. I’m not sure where I got this recipe from, I had it had written on a post-it from last year.
1 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 bag peanut butter chips
12 oz (about 2 1/2 cups) peanuts
Melt the chocolate and peanut butter chips in microwave for 1 minute.
Stir and microwave for 1 minute more.
Stir until all the chips are melted and smooth. Add peanuts. Drop onto wax paper. I used a cookie dipper that measures about 1 1/2 tbsp.
Each batch makes about 30 clusters. This year, I made 4 batches. They are so simple and easy to make. We froze them and will give some away. The rest we’ll munch on until well after Christmas. :)
I can almost taste them through the screen....I'll have to indulge before I have this baby because of course, he'll be intolerant! ;-)
